We’ve been using SafeStep for about six months now, and Hunter has been absolutely fantastic. His communication is excellent and his service has been top notch from day one. He’s been consistently cleaning our yard, and during the summer months it made a noticeable difference with flies. We also deodorize every few months, which has kept everything smelling fresh.
We have a 145 lb Cane Corso who is not friendly with strangers, and Hunter has always been incredibly professional and considerate. He always reaches out ahead of time to make sure our dog is inside, and when he’s finished, he texts to let us know he’s done, has left the yard, locked the gate, and even includes a photo of the locked gate for peace of mind.
That level of care, reliability, and professionalism is rare these days. We couldn’t be happier with SafeStep and highly recommend Hunter to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality service.
